How to book a place for your child

Places at the Out of School Club are booked via your child's Arbor account at least by the day prior. Fees are £8 per child, per session (we are unable to offer part sessions). If your child attends Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the same week then Friday will be refunded by school back to your Arbor account.  

If you no longer require your child's place

Parents/carers are asked to inform the school office if they no longer require the session they have booked.  Tel: (01623) 459395.

Opening times are

School finish time until 6.00pm (5.00pm on Friday) term time only

Picking up children from their classes

At 3.30pm our qualified staff will collect children who attend F1, F2 and Classes 1,2,3 and 4 from their teachers. From Y3 children are asked to come straight over to club after school finishes.

Parents/carers are asked to collect their child/children from the School Office.

Whilst at the Out of School Club your child will receive a snack and take part in various activities - these include crafts, laptops, iPad, games, messy play, indoor and outdoor activities etc.
